Patrick is the Chief Compliance Officer for CC&L One and is the General Counsel at CC&L Financial Group. He has over 25 years of investment industry experience, joining CC&L Financial Group in 2001.

Previously, he held senior positions in the General Counsel Office at the Canadian Venture Exchange and as Senior Counsel at the British Columbia Securities Commission.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
